This rollerski reinventing rollerski flex when it came out. More recently the Extra Flex version came out which is softer flex but same limits. This model is ideal for those weighing 175-190lbs, as those under 175 lbs are better on the Extra Flex version. Super low frame and end flex from spring steel forks simulates the flex of a ski better than concave flex typical of composite frames. If looking for larger wheels, check out the Pursuit Fork Flex Elites with 109 mm wheels and 15 mm of frame drop.

  • Wheel size: 100x24 mm

  • Height of top of frame unweighted: 50 mm

  • Frame thickness: 20 mm

  • Ground clearance unweighted: 30 mm

  • Smoother ride and snappy feeling with no pivot points to rattle or wear out

  • 560 mm wheelbase weight: 1.610 kg/pr with size 100 mm wheels and fenders

  • 620 mm wheelbase weight: 1.688 kg/pr with size 100 mm wheels and fenders

  • 670 mm wheelbase weight: 1.734 kg/pr with size 100 mm wheels and fenders

  • Weight distribution more closely simulates the feel of a long snow ski

  • Flatter flex is more real than concave flex

  • Fenders standard

  • 190 lb (86 kg) weight limit (Heavier skiers should buy the Fork Flex Plus model).

  • Shorter 560 mm is great for youth. 620 mm best for most skiers. Longer 670 mm wheelbase great for elites and people with larger than 48 feet. Optional upgrades include 105 mm wheels and Pursuit pull brake.

We suggest replacing wheels after they wear off 5 mm in diameter. Replace frames after 4,000-5,000 miles.

Note, if you have the new 2022 and newer Salomon S/Max or RS10 Nocturne boots, please include a note saying this so we mount the bindings an additional 1 cm further forward as these two boot models have a very long outsole protruding off the backside that needs more room to clear rear fender and/or brake.

If you have SNS Pilot boots, we can mount Salomon RS Pilot bindings if you include a note (same price as Prolink Pro).

    Skate roller skis

I bought Pursuit roller skis for my son. When he tried them the smile on his face was speaking for itself. Nothing to compare with his older roller skis. Super service and recommendation from Clayton! Thanks rollershishop team!

Great skis. Got 2 sets for me and my kids. Clayton was super helpful for how to size these and set them up so we could share as a family.

Nice rollerskis, however one of my skis pulls strongly to the left which is extremely annoying/scary when flying downhill. I have no idea how to fix this. Otherwise solid product. Evan - To adjust tracking, have you tried tapping the side of the wheel on the pavement? This trick works on most rollerskis. - RollerskiShop

    Unsurpassed Customer Service!

Initially, I was on the hunt for new wheels for an old pair of roller skis. Clayton patiently answered all (and there were quite a few!) my questions and diplomatically suggested it may be time to throw in the towel and get a new pair. Without hesitation, I got a pair of Pursuit Fork Flex Skate roller skis (slow) with brake and couldn't be happier. I figured it was an easy decision given Clayton's unsurpassed customer service. Thanks Clayton! I would recommend you to anyone!

Love these roller skis so far!

I’m a washed up cross country runner looking for a new means of exercising that’s a little easier on my knees. I did a lot of research before buying this particular set of skis, and am very happy I ended up with the Pursuit Fork Flexes even though they cost a little more. They allow me to confidently ski over rather large asphalt fissures, rocks, rail road tracks, and more, all while maintaining a comfortable ride. I bought them with the brake and do appreciate this feature. I ended up putting a clip on my brake handle so I can easily detach it and leave it home on less hilly days. I only got about 30 miles in before the snow (finally) hit here, but look forward to roller skiing again soon. I’m also super impressed with Roller Ski Shop. There aren’t many companies I’d bother leaving a review for, but I thought they did a great job with fast customer service. They got my gear all set up and shipped to me in record time.

Pursuit Fork Flex Skate Roller Skis

Just realized I'd never gotten around to writing a review of these, but now in my fourth season and nearing 1,000 miles on them (as my first rollerskis), at least I can give a full account. In short, I've really enjoyed them and would recommend them highly to any experienced skier who wants to extend or supplement their snow season and get some solid training in. On decent roads and paths they provide a pretty realistic ski-like feel (I'm using the 105mm "slow" wheels), and track securely on the downhills. I think the flexing fork design contributes both to that feel and their overall smoothness and shock-absorption on rougher roads. While I hardly ever use the hand brake, it is easy and effective, so is a good insurance policy to have with you. Finally, Clayton has been very responsive to my questions, refunded some ferrules that didn't fit my poles, and clearly wants his customers to have a good experience. So high marks in all departments. And btw, while I've skied since my 20s, I only started roller skiing at age 56, so you can teach an old dog a new trick!

Very ski like feeling, very good product

Posted by Igor on Sep 13th 2020

Made couple hundred kms on it. My previous rollers had PU wheels, mostly I worked only uphill. With 2/3 speed wheels on these I have to work everywhere and it's awesome! Very similar to skiing on well packed track with a little bit of fresh snow on top in ~ -6 -8C. And I don't need to brake downhill anymore which is safe and again just like skiing: you have to work on top to accelerate or might stop at the bottom. Springs do their part, I'm more hearing cracks than feel them and it's soft - no numbness in feet from vibration (could be softer wheels, not sure). Soft and nice ski like push (roller like "goes deeper in snow" a tiny bit). But still very controllable and stable, rigid while steering. Glad I did research and found them, didn't end up with Marwe like everyone else. Not that Marwe is worse but it would be no fun.

    Great roller skis

Posted by Greg Balter on May 25th 2020

My first ever roller skis, after 40 year of cross country skiing. I did not know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. After about 4-5 hours, I felt quite confident, and safe, given we do not have steep hills and sharp curves here. They are quite responsive, and I get ski like flex on a push-off. I use them exclusively on dedicated bike path and roads, closed to car traffic.
